Laughter has healing power – We are delighted that we were able to donate the funds raised through this year’s staff raffle to Clownsvisite e.V.

With a team of 15 professionally trained and specially qualified hospital clowns, the organization brings joy, lightness, and meaningful moments of laughter to sick children and young people in hospitals and hospices, as well as to adults in senior and care facilities across the Ruhr region and beyond.

With great empathy, imagination, and artistic talent, the clowns create special encounters—moments that can offer a welcome and uplifting break for patients, their families, and healthcare staff alike. Because: laughter truly has a healing effect!

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new manufacturing facility in Shandong Province, China.

With this important milestone, CFH GmbH further expands its international footprint and strengthens its presence in Asia.

A further highlight of the opening ceremony was the participation of CFH´s Turkish subsidiary AIRONN, which also marked Aironn’s official entry into the Chinese market.

The new facility represents technological excellence, CFH quality standards, and international cooperation across borders and cultures.

In December 2025, the CFH Group held its annual international conference, which provided important impulses for the future direction of the group.

Technical presentations on the group's products offered exciting insights into current developments and future innovations. This underscores the commitment of CFH and its subsidiaries to always offer customers high-performance, future-oriented solutions.

The exchange with a high-ranking delegation from Shandong Energy / Yankuang Energy and with international representatives of the SMT Scharf Group was particularly enriching.

Finally, the importance of an even more intensive ‘cross-company’ exchange of information was emphasized to bundle the know-how within the group in a targeted manner. Customers will thus be able to benefit from even closer and more efficient cooperation between all companies in the future.

Technical revolution in dust filters with compressed air cleaning

DELA is the logical further development of the compressed air cleaning system in dust filters. Enormous savings in compressed air consumption are achieved by optimising the valve technology and making adjustments to the flow technology.

Thanks to this optimisation, a cleaning pressure of only 3-4 bar is required.

CFH GmbH, based in Marl, Germany, announces the successful completion of two significant strategic transactions.

First, Yancoal International Holding Co., Ltd., a company of the Chinese Yankuang Energy Group and Shandong Energy Group, has acquired 51 % of the shares in CFH GmbH. Second, CFH GmbH has acquired a 51 % stake in the Turkish fan manufacturer AIRONN.

Yancoal International's investment represents an important milestone in CFH GmbH's international growth strategy. The partnership opens up new opportunities for technological innovation, global market presence, and sustainable development.

“We are delighted to have gained a partner in Yancoal International that shares our technological ambitions and our vision of a sustainable future,” said the management of CFH GmbH. “This collaboration strengthens our international position and enables us to deploy our solutions even more effectively worldwide.”

Yancoal International brings extensive experience in global resource allocation and industrial cooperation to the table. Together with CFH, the aim is to set new standards in the development of intelligent ventilation and environmental technologies – especially for applications in mining, tunnel construction and industry.

As part of its international expansion, CFH GmbH has also acquired a 51% stake in AIRONN, a leading manufacturer of ventilation systems based in Turkey.

AIRONN ideally complements CFH GmbH's product portfolio and expands its market presence, particularly with axial fans for building ventilation and tunnel ventilation. The use of AIRONN's established sales networks opens cross-selling potential for both sides and accelerates order intake in several regions.

With these strategic partnerships, CFH GmbH is sending a strong signal for international cooperation, technological excellence, and sustainable growth - with the aim of strengthening the successful development of the company in Germany and CFH's international subsidiaries in the long term. The targeted expansion of the network and the pooling of expertise create a strong basis for future developments - for the benefit of customers, partners, and markets worldwide.

The infrastructure in the North-South S-Bahn tunnel in Berlin is currently undergoing extensive modernisation. We are pleased to be able to provide the necessary work safety as part of this major project. Since 15^th of January, construction phase 1 of the extensive construction project has been in progress, which includes the renewal of 2 points in the area of the "Potsdamer Platz" station and a track position correction in the area of the "Friedrichstraße" station - a challenge due to the intervention in the ballast bed caused by particulate hazardous substances.

CFT dedusting systems with an air flow rate of 9,000 m³/min are used to separate these hazardous substances.

On the 29^th of January 2024, construction phase 2 started on time, in which ventilation in the form of a classic air exchange by fans is implemented due to gaseous hazardous substances.

A total of 43 fans and 8 dedusting systems will be used on the construction site. In addition to the ventilation system, CFT GmbH - Compact Filter Technic is also providing and operating a personal location system in accordance with the requirements of the Berlin fire brigade, which enables the segment-specific localisation of people on the construction site at all times.

The work is progressing well and we are on schedule.

we would like to inform you that, with a heavy heart, we have decided to close our roadheader division. This decision has not been easy for us, and we would like to thank you for your many years of support and loyalty.

In the interest of efficiency and concentration on our core business, we no longer see any possibility of maintaining our roadheader business operations. We are more than fully utilised with the product portfolio of the CFH Group.

We deeply regret this decision and hope for your understanding.
