Laughter has healing power – We are delighted that we were able to donate the funds raised through this year’s staff raffle to Clownsvisite e.V.

With a team of 15 professionally trained and specially qualified hospital clowns, the organization brings joy, lightness, and meaningful moments of laughter to sick children and young people in hospitals and hospices, as well as to adults in senior and care facilities across the Ruhr region and beyond.

With great empathy, imagination, and artistic talent, the clowns create special encounters—moments that can offer a welcome and uplifting break for patients, their families, and healthcare staff alike. Because: laughter truly has a healing effect!

In December 2025, the CFH Group held its annual international conference, which provided important impulses for the future direction of the group.

Technical presentations on the group's products offered exciting insights into current developments and future innovations. This underscores the commitment of CFH and its subsidiaries to always offer customers high-performance, future-oriented solutions.

The exchange with a high-ranking delegation from Shandong Energy / Yankuang Energy and with international representatives of the SMT Scharf Group was particularly enriching.

Technical revolution in dust filters with compressed air cleaning

DELA is the logical further development of the compressed air cleaning system in dust filters. Enormous savings in compressed air consumption are achieved by optimising the valve technology and making adjustments to the flow technology.

Thanks to this optimisation, a cleaning pressure of only 3-4 bar is required.

CFH GmbH, based in Marl, Germany, announces the successful completion of two significant strategic transactions.

First, Yancoal International Holding Co., Ltd., a company of the Chinese Yankuang Energy Group and Shandong Energy Group, has acquired 51 % of the shares in CFH GmbH. Second, CFH GmbH has acquired a 51 % stake in the Turkish fan manufacturer AIRONN.

Yancoal International's investment represents an important milestone in CFH GmbH's international growth strategy. The partnership opens up new opportunities for technological innovation, global market presence, and sustainable development.
